Privacy Policy

Gotta Get After It ("Gotta") helps people log training activity, compete in squad challenges, respond to Call-Outs, and share proof such as notes, photos, or videos with the squads and challenge contexts they choose.

We collect account data such as name, callsign, email address, preferences, authentication tokens, and account status so users can create and manage a private profile.

We process activity entries, measurements, timestamps, notes, squad and social visibility, squad membership, challenge participation, Call-Out responses, comments, reactions, and related social context so the app can show progress, standings, receipts, feeds, and squad pulse activity.

Uploaded evidence media, including photos and videos, is stored as activity-entry attachments. Media may be visible to squadmates or challenge/call-out participants when the entry is shared into that context.

If push notifications are enabled, we store device push tokens and notification delivery metadata to send high-signal account, squad, challenge, Call-Out, evidence, and result notifications. You can disable notifications at the device level.

We retain account and activity data while the account is active. If you delete your account, profile identifiers are anonymized, active app tokens and push tokens are revoked, and active squad memberships end. Some anonymized activity, scoring, and aggregate history may remain when needed for squad/challenge records and other users' receipts.

Service providers may process data on our behalf, including Expo/EAS for app services and push delivery, Apple and Google for platform distribution and device services, hosting providers, database and object-storage providers, email/support tooling, and crash or analytics tooling if added later.
